RESUSCITATION (CPR)

CPR is an invaluable skill that equips individuals to be able to save a life. It’s a tool that can be used anywhere if an emergency situation arises and empowers those to make their communities safer spaces.

This course will:

  • Provide participants with the skills and knowledge to perform CPR during an emergency incident
  • Allow participants to gain Unit of Competency HLTAID009: Provide CPR

Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum 12 years old on the day of final assessment

**NOTE: While CPR is part of our Requals / Skills Maintenance at Portsea (ie. the 12 month required refresher), this does NOT renew your Australian Unit of Competency (HLTAID009) that is required for Advanced Lifesaving Camp and other professions requiring up-to-date qualifications.
