I am very excited to be joining the team at Portsea Surf Lifesaving Club.
Throughout my working life I have had a broad range of administrative and event management experience in corporate, local government and small business sectors.
I have lived on the Southern Peninsula for just over 20 years now and are very proud of, and in love with our unique coastal environment.
I recognise and value the importance of Surf Lifesaving to our communities. I am in awe of the Clubs new facilities and its achievements in 2020. I feel honoured to be given the opportunity to assist the Club in this next very important phase of growth and development.
I enjoy being an active volunteer in local community groups. I love how community groups bring people together with a common sense of purpose, providing opportunities for connection and socialising, individual and team development, and most importantly providing much needed community services – none more important than lifesaving patrols on some of Australia’s most treacherous coastline!
I look forward to working with the committee on the upcoming season at The Club and meeting some of the many members.
