Membership Management


Activating an Account

If you are already a member, you will receive an activation email when we transition to HelloClub.

The sender will be titled Portsea SLSC and the email address will be no-reply@helloclub.com

The email will have an activation link. Click Set Up Account.

If you have a Google or a Facebook account, you can sign up with one of those, or you may also choose to Sign Up With Email.

Important: There will be information pre-filled for you from our previous system. Please ensure all of this information is correct, and update accordingly.


Paying Subscriptions

Click the “hamburger” icon at the top left to open the menu.

Click on subscriptions

Click renew

Follow the steps to renew your membership.

If you choose for your credit card details to be stored, you may also choose for your membership to auto-renew. Note that HelloClub nor Portsea SLSC store your credit card details, these are managed securely by Stripe, and internationally recognised payments platform.
